Same here. I was asked for player info as well. Asked for an estimated time but did not get a response. Just glad it's not just me. LOL. Misery loves company.
They need to gather all who have responded (which means waiting a week for ppl to respond) and then a bit more to send out the rewards. The participation reward in particular I would assume is a "batch" process, meaning it's done all at once from a list.
