I'm aware that Cooldown reduction affects any skill that has a visible, unique animation well as a visible effect on either the opposition or your heroes. But I still a bit confused.
Does Cooldown reduction affect the skills where time is mentioned as constant? For example:
1) Plant Soul. Blue skill, Healing every 2 seconds.
2) Water wyrm. Orange skill. Great geyser every 4 seconds.
3) Shaman. Purple skill, Energy every second
So my question is about that constants. If I setup 50% reduction for hero, does it affect to frequency of those skills?
So plenty will heal every second (not 2), wyrm casts geiser every 2 seconds etc etc.
I tried to do some tests, but didn't notices difference (more healing or geiser)
