Just a general tip from a guild that has reached temple level 660 for now:
Use an O8 Dungeon Man (fully skilled, geared and enchanted) with all minor runes having experience as primary stat (5 stars of course) and major runes with experience in tertiary stats. Total experience should be at least above 85 (incl. gear and enchanting).
Add a Moon (fully skilled) with starting energy on all minor runes as primary stat (5 stars of course) and at with starting energy in tertiary stats of the major runes (needed!). Total SE of Moon must be over 450.
In this combination Moon will immediately start her white and charge all other toons on the field. You will freeze the screen with white skill animations and normally no damage buff from the dead titans should ever reach you (except for Genie which is a problem only above level 600 as only then the damage really hurts). Even the minions might not have a chance to hurt you.
Side note: movement speed and a lineup where Moon is not the very last toon helps to start charging even faster.
The rest is then about finding toons to deal the right damage and/or stun the enemies. Hint: Idol stuns well, Wee kills good...
