You’re shutting down, fine. But in the meantime you still have a responsibility to us, the players. So:
1) Why are the shops being filled with new red equipment that has no use, when those of us that want to try to finish our heroes cannot get the stuff we need?
2) Why stop competitions? I know they were simply a device for you, to make us buy diamonds, but there are still things in the Bazzar that we need to buy, and can’t without the relevant tokens, which we only get in competitions. We either need the competitions, or we need a donation of tokens, please.
We have the right to a fully functioning game, not a trimmed down version that suits Grees ideas of how to do it, and a lot of us PAID for a fully functional game. You should be honoring that commitment.
Speaking of honouring your debts, those of us who still have many months of diamonds left, why not, instead of giving refunds that we have to chase you for, ask us if we want all the diamonds in advance? Those diamonds now would be more useful that a $10 refund for those of us staying to the end.
Otherwise, you took our details when you took our money, so you know exactly who and how to refund. Don’t make us do your job when we have already paid for the service.
Gree has engendered a lot of bad feeling with a lot of people by closing down this game, the least they should be doing is sticking with bug fixing and support to the end. Yet there is so much more they could do to thank us for our loyalty. Free stamina. Stamina not expiring. Triple drops. Up the drop rates. Drop shop costs. Getting at least one month of huge blow out play would be a fantastic way to repay the players and Sages. Right now a lot of us are wondering why we are signing in at all. It’s not for the game, I assure you. It is for the people and the camaraderie.
