Check your PM here on this site. Scroll to the top right of this page. You will see a letter in a circle, it should be the first initial of your ID (example: L for Lady_wolf). Tap on it and you should see a PM from Kenzo.

The directions for the PM aren't very clear. I kept waiting for an in-game message.
