Stars not being awarded on server 11

On server 11 for me and several of my guild mates, when you do a fight or challenge and win it with all your heros, your supposed to get 3 stars so you can raid that level to get scaps quickly... But your not awarded the 3 stars you only get 2 and you can't raid that level or get the rewards for passing that level! This has been happening for several weeks... Myself and the mates that this affect have been reporting this issue multiple times. Please fix this issue on server 11!

Not getting 3 stars when all my heroes survive

There are certain heroes who's special abilities cause problems. For example Goblin Trio begins combat as a unified "totem" but then splits into 3 separate entities. Even if the 3 pieces all live the game sometimes counts it as tho the original "totem" had died. Other oddities I can think of is Doppleganger (who replaces himself with whoever he copies) and I think Spectral when he possesses things, the possessed creature dies it may ding against you.
