So Karaoke has been fixed?

When I heard that the bug on Karaoke was going to be fixed, I thought it meant “He can’t prevent his foes casting their white” However in fact NOT. Karaoke still can’t manage it(See the screenshot below). Anyone can tell why?Or is that not considered as a bug?

It was said that he was going to be fixed, not that he had been already.

Exactly this. Gree has not confirmed he is fixed yet.

Well the game has been down twice today. I thought the first time was planned to fix him

It was not announced the first time was a fix for Karaoke King. It was termed server maintenence. They added new achievement medals also, but there was a problem with disappearing craftables. That is why they took it down a second time in order to fix that problem. Karaoke King was never mentioned.

So is the problem that he takes damage or gets staggered and his skill stops working, but the animation continues, making it seem like his white is just broken? Or that his white skill is a disable, when it shouldn't be, and again, while he's dancing it just doesn't seem to work? Or both? Hopefully both.

Not been fixed yet. Just tried, my karaoke used active skill before any other enemy. I faced another karaoke and wolf, lap dance did nothing at all. And I got mesmerized... 1 second after my karaoke used white. Karaoke active skill seems to stop many toons from using energy, EXCEPT karaoke, wolf, gran huntress, idol, moon charge (...) oponents...

Things seems to go this way (not confirmed): Karaoke prevents foes who are already in the battlefield when his song starts. The foes who haven't yet come into the battlefield(screen) would just ignore his song.They just later walk into and use their white freely.

The Karaoke King fix is being implemented in the 2.16.1 update currently scheduled for Tuesday February 6th. There will be an official announcement detailing all the changes shortly.

That's what I thought originally. Hopefully that indicates that his white is in fact NOT a disable, and was implemented correctly by GREE Japan based on the US team's design.

Would be nice to see them confirming if his white is a disable or not. Actually would be nice if all skills that are disables get a distinctive icon, since even people who played for quite a lot of time are still wondering if a certain skill is a disable or not. There would be no confusion if they did that, but doubt it will happen.
