No discrimination. We included an algorithm to collate all the data of all players from the point the update went live till the date we've highlighted. This should have solved everything in one execution but, unfortunately, there are a select few that were either unlucky, or didn't recognise that they have been reimbursed, or they weren't being truthful from the beginning. Therefore, to guarantee the reimbursement to those specific players, all they need to do is sent a message to the CS team with the text I've highlighted ([Gold Chest Sven]). Once the CS team receive that message, they will pass the necessary data (player id, location, server, and other info that is obtained from those tickets) directly to the internal team so the internal team can check each player's case. No further discussion nor negotiation necessary as the team will have all the necessary info to check the "before & after" status of each player then deliver the reimbursement based on the case result.
