@Riverwitch_IV Thanks for the clarification. It sounds like this issue wasn't caught in time, which is unfortunate. It also sounds like backups aren't scheduled close enough to each other. Was this changed when GREE took over from Perblue? Are the various servers not on different database shards? Why can't they target a single server? It's extremely trivial to set up DB backups on the hour and keep them for a couple weeks, and it wouldn't take more than a couple dozen dollars a month (using Amazon S3 as an example).
This isn't acceptable, in other words. Gree needs to do better.
