The engineers have been working around the clock throughout Friday night all the way till Saturday afternoon. They have been working insane hours throughout the night. As simple as it sounds, a full rollback wasn't the right solution.
There will be further internal review and strategies for repair tomorrow and Monday morning (JS'Timings) to resolve all discrepancies. It is our goal to:
1) Get all accounts back to normal prior the issue.
2) Provide compensation to every player in DS.
3) Resolve any additional discrepancies if highlighted or discovered.
As I've mentioned in another thread, we are 100% on your side, we are passionate and determined to fix this issue promptly and as humanly possible. I will keep updating everyone much as possible on this forum for I am with you.
