Yeah, it does. I've thought what to do with stat, it's useful for everyone, but probably more for those with several "blue" abilities, think snap, horse, etc. I'll recheck those and will add it to several heroes.
That's a tough question too. I've decided for myself, that there are two types of heroes who benefit the most from movement speed: tanks (to get slightly ahead of everyone else) and damageful but squishy front-liners (corgi, gnome, trio).
And that's the problem. Currently my system does not decide if the rune is good. It can only decide if it suits someone the best, or not. Some good runes will be greyed out, only if a single stat is not helpful, but it's not the case really.
With your stats, it's maybe the case when the rune isn't really good. +Healing is only needed by several heroes. Blood is needed by heavy physical hitters. Of those I can only think of corgi and pixie queen, and I wouldn't give them blood set really. But it's subjective of course.
The best, but nearly impossible thing, would be not just deciding if the stat's good for hero, but evaluating a total of stats to decide which rune fits someone the best. But it would require grading every rune stat for every hero, and that's the job I certainly won't be able to do alone.
