I want to discuss these changes made in the update last evening / this morning:
- Crimson Witch: her Agility team buff goes from 1.5 to 2.5 * Level. That's going from roughly 285 to 400 at level 160. So 115 more agility. For comparison, Hydra at cyan+4 has about 22,000 agility after all gear is equipped and enchanted.
- Same thing for Ninja dwarf: the changes to his agility buff amounts to pennies on the dollar
- Savage Cutie: white skill was increased by 250%, so... from around 11,000 damage to 36,000 damage? Doesn't seem like much. Same with his other damaging skills, and his strength self-buff... doubling something sounds nice, but doubling 700 to 1400 when your strength stat is up in the high 10000's is not very impactful.
I could go on, but the theme here and with even a lot of past re-balancing efforts points to someone just throwing multipliers that sound good at heroes' skill formulas they don't understand. These changes aren't going to make Cutie, Ninja Dwarf, Crimson Witch, etc any more viable than they are now.
Or... am I completely wrong? Maybe I missed something, but this isn't making me want to build my Savage Cutie up from his current purple+1 relegation. I feel like Gree needs to dig a little deeper and look into the power creep from the later Orange rarities up through Cyan and Red, and also at the base formulas for some of the earlier, Perblue-era heroes.
