On the tapjoy screen top left corner are 3 horizontal lines click on there then reward status
have screenshots of the game you played so you can send it to them as proof
if you keep hounding tapjoy they will eventually give you whats owed, this usually means several back and forth emails sending them proof of completion
And if you god forbid dont reply to their email within 3 days they will assume the matter is resolved and close the case, you can email them again to restart it but you may end up having to repeat yourself and the evidence you have already sent
They will ask you for
- The Username that was created on the site, where you completed the offer.
- Confirm the email address used for this offer.
- Proof of deposit transaction confirmation, showing the date when it was completed.
