So the wonderful but clearly challenged Jason at CS has been back in touch....
He's now "merged" my SEPARATE missing pit and collie reward tickets into one and chastised me for wasting their time by sending multiple tickets for the same issue.
First and foremost. He has NOT merged them. When they merge tickets it says #12345 #12346 etc were merged. It also transfers all information from the other tickets into the one remaining ticket. This is not what has happened. He has deleted the other tickets as he believes I am complaining about ONE incident. I was CLEARLY not. The fact I use the word again should be a clue to anyone.
In deleting the other tickets he has also deleted one which reported multiple issues including lost in game currency and the server going down preventing us from completing our crypt.
But this....this is even better...
One of the tickets he deleted was the only decent reply I had. It was saying they were looking into it and the ticket would be left open waiting for them to reply again. That is now deleted.
Is any information making it from here to the cs team or are they going to continue creating more issues????
So now I have to ss all tickets I submit in case some moron has a brain fart...but then I guess if I submit it again it will only end up on his desk. What are we saying? Resubmit or admit defeat? Extremely saddened by this.
