The error message and some overall info (AND or iOS? Which region?) should be enough to allow other players here to see if they had the same issue and chime in.
I googled the error code and there seems some indication that this is caused by account synching issues with the Google Play Store. The description reads "Error retrieving information from server" but most fix suggestion indicate that this is related to a problem with multiple Google Play accounts on the same device. In that case you should contact the Google Play support.
Another solution can be to clear the cache on your device, since the error is also attributed with memory issues. Hope this helps!
