If at all possible, could you include the OS and the device you are using to play the game?
If you can't access the ingame support due to the crash issue, it would help if you leave some of the info here with your report - otherwise when you contact Customer Support in game, we usually receive additional meta data on your device setup that helps us see if specific groups of players are affected.
I understand that a lot of issues will be called "crashing", but to find the cause it can help if you describe what happens in detail. Which one of the following applies for you?
a) The game freezes or slows down massively, no other option but to close the game manually. No reaction or very slow reaction when trying to press buttons or move around in game.
b) The game unexpectedly closes itself.
c) The game gives an error message, then either closes after that or keeps popping up the error message indefinitely.
Please also add it there is a specific action that will cause the issue for you, if you found something like that:
1) happens on loading screen
2) happens when selecting an account trying to change servers / or when using a specific account only
3) happens in one specific game element (Temple / Campaign / Boss Pit / Fight Pit...)
4) happens after game is run a specific amount of time
