Although this is true, tbh they addressed the gold problem by raising crypt payouts 20% a few months ago. I am almost at a billion gold now on s9 and we only have a couple good crypts per week (compared to being at little to no gold every day prior to that).
Also, considering how many bone lines are in crypt now, it's harder to finish it, so from a tokens perspective, the easy crypt days are helpful.
From a gaming challenge perspective, of course crypt should still be fixed. I think a fix means not only eliminating the bug but also ensuring more variety of enemy lineups so that we don't have 95% energy drain to deal with. A good challenge is fun but players have never really liked an overkill of any one type of lineup.
