While it's true you can easily calculate what rank you need to be at to reach the next rank rewards level, you are unable to calculate how many points you need because this can vary significantly. Let's look at an example. Assume there are 10000 players on a server. My rank is 1500 and I'm listed in the top 25%. While i do not know how many players are in my server, because i know top 1% ends at rank 100, i can surmise that to get to top 10%, i need to rank 1000 or better (as others have pointed out). The problem is the points. Let's say that rank number 100 has 20 million points and I have 10 million points (again, the actual numbers don't matter, just using for ease of the example). I can assume that there is a standard difference in points for each level of rank, but this is never the case. It's possible that everyone in the top 10% is very close in points, so that rank 1000 (the last person in the top 10%) has 19 million points, in which case I have a considerable amount of points to make up to reach the top 10%. Likewise, it's also possible that many people are clustered by me in total points, so the top 10% may actually end at 12 million. It remains an unknown.
Ideally, Gree could list the top 200 as they always do and then also have 4 additional lines which are also updated which give the 5, 10, 25 and 50% cutoffs. Most likely this will not occur. In which case, hopefully you get some idea of points based on the rankings of your own guild members or by asking others in chat (while there may be some who will intentionally give you a wrong answer to possibly protect their own ranking, most people will be happy to help you out).
