We've been told Gree is aware and tracking any who have sent an email that are affected by the download loop issue. Let's hope for those of us who are still locked out that Monday's fix will actually fix the issue. It's way too long of a time to lose in games such as this. We are now looking at a minimum of 8-9 days lost.
If you are someone who cannot access DS due to the download loop error, I cannot stress enough how critical it is for you to send an email to the address @Skitty listed above. Whether you are a casual or hard core player, or anywhere in between, Gree needs to know.
Edit: Include as much information as you can for each account you have. Your exact game name, server, guild name, team level, account number(s) help a lot if you know it/them, and anything else that will help identify you.
