Let me say first, I do not use Facebook. Repeat, I do not use Facebook. Emphatic, I WILL not use Facebook. Please respect that I have my reasons, and that's a deal-breaker.
Just over a month ago, my Fire tablet died. So I started playing this game on my Android phone, while I ordered a replacement Fire tablet.
But when I installed the game on my new Fire tablet, it did not give me any options for restoring this game by email. I spent about a week trying to figure it out for myself, then filed a ticket. That has been almost a month ago.
Since then, they have offered multiple options, most of them very basic things that I already tried on my own. I have transferred my account to different devices multiple times with Google or Yahoo email, with no problem. But somehow now, they can't figure out how to transfer my active account to my new Amazon Fire tablet?
I am NOT going to start over on this new device. I am VIP 10 on my current account, and VIP 8 on my backup. I have tried VERY HARD to be patient with tech support and to work through all of their suggestions on my ticket. But they have worked on it for about a month, and I stopped getting replies almost a week ago. Have they given up on me? So if I want to play this game on a Fire tablet without Facebook, I'm out of luck? Nobody will actually say that... maybe because in a reasonable World, it should not be true?
I'm putting up with it for now, but I won't continue to play this on my tiny cell phone screen for long. I have a brand new 10 inch tablet from Amazon that should be fully capable of playing this game, without magnifiers.
Has anyone else had a problem playing this game on an Amazon fire 10 inch tablet 2018?
