Well I have to respectfully disagree. We are all playing for fun and I think a lot of us feel similarly in the sense that it's nice to have a bit of an escape from the pressures and realities of life with gaming--agreed on that part.
However when you screw up your teammate's temple by attacking in the wrong order you are directly reducing the amount of scraps that they can receive--and actually quite significantly. When you screw up a war attack and leave a charged tower you can end up causing a loss of a battle, which again results in fewer rewards for you and all of your teammates at the end of the week. If you are leaving a mess in Crypt you can cause that to go south as well and again fewer rewards for everyone at the end of the day. If you are farming Crypt then you are just being selfish and and not too many people will want to have you around.
Your perspective is basically that you want to dominate and get all of the rewards you can while doing things in a way that causes fewer rewards in the process. It is contradictory and just doesn't work well.
However there are some guilds that do not care at all and you can break all of the above guidelines. I was in a guild called Elite Guild on server 9 and I honestly knew nothing about Temple order or how to do things correctly. I didn't even realize there was a Guild chat to be perfectly honest. I just logged in each day and levelled my heroes and made my hits and no one seemed to care what anyone did. Of course we did not have War and basically no one hit crypt except me so rewards were not good. I did get a lot of gold from that but I also had to waste a lot of time making like 50 hits, and also crypt was set on easy so the gold and tokens were not nearly as good as they could have been (I get 2x the gold and 5x the tokens in my current guild doing just 10 skulls per day). And it would have been nearly impossible to do some of the legendary quests such as dark horse or Dwarven Archer for starters, or a lot of the ones involving Temple invites. In a well run guild there are only a few things you are expected to do. IMO just learn those and do them and it won't seem annoying anymore.
Having said that, if you want a place like that where no one cares and nothing is organized, perhaps try searching among some of the weaker guilds. Most or all of the stronger guilds will have guidelines and expect team play--its how we are all getting the resources to level while enjoying the competition. The weaker guilds are weak precisely because they do not want to bother with organizing team play or do not know much about how to do it effectively.
