Heroes, Artists, Brush Owners!
To celebrate Fan Week, we want to encourage our fans to show off their cool artwork based on our game!
There is a long list of rules and liabilities for legal reasons, and I am posting them here in a separate Public Doc:
OFFICIAL RULES - REQUIRED READING
I have to assume that you have read the Official Rules after this point, but to make it easy, here is a quick summary:
* Post your own scribble, painting, collage, etching or other art of a DragonSoul hero from the game here from July 4th, 10am to July 11th, 10am PDT to compete in the Fan Art contest!
* Community Manager Hannah and the marketing team from GREE International Entertainment Inc. will pick 1 winner, and 4 follow-ups! Dem's the brakes.
* The winner will receive 10.000 Diamonds, and can pick 1 currently available skin* and will receive 100 hero soul stones of a hero of their choice.**
The 4 follow-ups will receive 5.000 Diamonds and will receive 50 hero soul stones for a hero of their choice**.
Exceptions apply, so follow those asterisks further down.
* Artwork must be your own (based on our DragonSoul designs of course) - if the artwork has been published somewhere on the internet publicly before, we may ask you for proof that you did indeed create the artwork (i.e. if you can proof it was posted on your own homepage before, etc.) - otherwise we reserve the right to disqualify your submission.
* The theme of the Art contest is "Heroes being Heroic" - we are open to all submissions, but reserve the right to remove submissions that are not fit for our wide range of players young and old, especially submissions with pornographic, hateful or otherwise offensive content.
* You can edit your entry here on the forum until the deadline is up - any entries edited after July 11th, 10am PDT will be disqualified.
* Winners will be contacted within 48h hours after the contest has ended here on the forums! We expect you to reply within 1 week after being contacted, otherwise your prize is forfeited.
* The winners will be publicly announced here in the thread!
* Submitting your artwork here is only for the purpose of the contest, and we will never use your artwork without explicit permission in any way or form.
* And most important disclaimer again: No purchase required! Anyone that is at least 14 years old can submit artwork for the contest!

We hope for lots of cool entries, and depending on the number of entries, we will also reward every entry with a small gift shortly after the contest is over - just don't hold back, and show off your work! We are looking forward to it.
