Early last week Monday morning i switched guilds before war battles started. After the second battle iI wanted to see where iIwas ranked in the new team. Couldn't find my name on the battle list even after all the wars an having defensive wins. Still my name never showed up. Now I'm out all the reward tokens an all the prizes iIearned for participating last week.
If you fish around a little you'l see a number of threads devoted to this issue. The consensus seems to be that the best way to deal with it once you realize you're not on the list is to opt yourself out and back in (it has to be you, not an officer).
Sometimes, if the opting out and back in doesn't work the only way to fix this is to leave the guild. Wait an hour or so for the server to sync, then join again. You should be on the member list.
Haha no support team say if you leave a guild an join a new one you don't receive rewards for that week. Lamest new war rule emplimented ever.
That's not a rule. CS doesn't know what they're talking about. It's not ideal because you reset your crypt & temple cooldowns but if the self opting doesn't work (I've never heard a first hand account of it Not working) it's an option.
Reply to that message and (politely) tell them their information is incorrect/obsolete. That rule has not been true since version 2.13.2. Players who join a new guild may "fully participate" immediately after any current battle finishes.
