This seems to be a common refrain, which is puzzling to me. Personally I love crypt and wish we had more people who didn't do it so I could get more lines
I am curious if this is simply a difference in power (not fixable, really) or something like lack of available heroes to use (somewhat fixable).
To kind of explain what I mean a little bit more, my guild is second in total power and first in team power. It therefore stands to reason that the heroes for hire are better than the heroes for hire in your guild. Similarly, I am 93rd in team power (though a woeful 475th in total power) and have 25 heroes at O2 or higher. So not only might I be able to hire better heroes, but I might have access to more potential heroes to counter lines easier.
In terms of heroes that are available though, I saw you mentioned that you don't generally work on new toons. At what point do you start working on them? Like, do you guys have Plant Souls by now? Kaiju? Thief? Some of the other really popular/powerful new heroes? And what sort of heroes do you generally put up for hire? For example, putting a hero like Orc Monk up for hire isn't nearly as helpful as someone like Kaiju. Is it possible to review the heroes you guys are putting up and make sure that they are good DPS heroes?
