I've been avoiding the forum since the last update because I don't have anything good to say. The release of lowered stamina costs and increased drops was a great idea... I should have known it would involve a cap increase. But another cap increase and both O5 & O6.
Two major players in my guild quit today, another did beginning of the week. And the way many in my guild are talking since the update... People pay-to-playing for over a year VIP 10+, are saying they are almost done and out. Most were already upset at the recent hero dump and I tried to keep it optimistic.. But I'm not sure how much longer we'll survive this.
Don't really know what to say... I think there is a substantive paying class of gamer in this game that is being overlooked and being written off as "casual" because we pay less than a certain top group of players.
The reason I started pay-to-playing at all was because I didn't feel forced to and I felt like there was a built in permanent reward for someone willing to invest in a silly phone app game.
Paying is starting to feel necessary to keep up rather than merely encouraged with hard to resist incentives.
I'm digressing, but I feel like steps had been made in the right direction and now we just took several leaps backwards. Any pleas from me to my guild to "give it time" for a new company to adjust won't work anymore. I really don't know what else to say.
If enough of my guild quits, I'm done. Trying to hang on, but people are losing the faith.
