They actually added 2 tiers ON TOP of the previous tiers, so instead of being easier, they got harder to push people to spend more...

New Level-caps and Cyan were introduced to players who have maxed-out their heroes, but this caused the overall experience of making heroes stronger and levelling-up a huge grind. To mitigate this, going forward, we will re-balance the gears distribution and balance all upcoming gears in consideration of the prior release. This will ensure that players can find and receive gears more efficiently to level up their heroes.
Next rarities are a total failure with lot's of heroes becoming impotent. So in a way yes - you spare us working on those heroes, so the grind is less The promised gear rebalancing was a failure.

New Message auto-arrangement: Optimizing the chat so whenever a player receives a new private message, it will bring it to the top
Didn't happen. It worked maybe for a little, I saw new messages pushed to the top a few times. But eventually it got actually worse - chats with new messages can NOT be found in the chat list at all and you have to KNOW someone messaged you, so you click his name in chat or guild list and then open the chat...
Didn't happen. Became worse.
Add a red dot to the new messages so that it is easier for players to identify the new private messages.
We understand that you may be frustration with the amount of implementation will be done at this current time, but please bare with us as we will continue to investigate and test other functions that we wish to implement, such as the delete function for private messages, etc. more information will be provided soon.
It is even more frustrating when you promise so little and couldn't deliver it...
