A new game version is currently available, which fixes some of the issues that have caused graphics problems and crashes for several devices.
However, new issues may have appeared, or old ones still persist. To get a clear overview on this, please report any crash / freeze issues with the game only after making sure that you are using the newest game version (2.14) and that the usual help didn't improve the performance.
(Usual help: Close other apps and processes running in the background. Restart your device before running the game. If possible, try running the game on another device.)
If you want to report an issue, quickly make sure you included the following info:
Please include the OS and the device you are using to play the game.
If you can't access the ingame support due to the crash issue, it would help if you leave some of the info here with your report - otherwise when you contact Customer Support in game, we usually receive additional meta data on your device setup that helps us see if specific groups of players are affected, so this is always a good way.
Please describe what happens in detail. Which one of the following applies for you?
a) The game freezes or slows down massively, no other option but to close the game manually. No reaction or very slow reaction when trying to press buttons or move around in game.
b) The game unexpectedly closes itself.
c) The game gives an error message, then either closes after that or keeps popping up the error message indefinitely.
Please also add if there is a specific action that will cause the issue for you, if you found something like that:
1) happens on loading screen
2) happens when selecting an account trying to change servers / or when using a specific account only
3) happens in one specific game element (Temple / Campaign / Boss Pit / Fight Pit...)
4) happens after game is run a specific amount of time
