if the guild mates attack X which is attacking 1 and win, shouldn't they end up on top of X if they win and not below? X would be on 13th place and all his guild mates will be from 1-12 assuming they all win. This is still normal. you can lose once and be on 14th place if the player who beat you loses 12 times.
As far as i know, its whoever started the attack first that becomes the determining factor in placement.
lets say players A, B, C start their attack all on player X in that order...
- player C finishes the fight first, the order will be C, X
- player A finishes next but because A started the fight first, the order will be A, C, X
- player B finishes last but started the fight after A did so the order will be A, B, C, X
in this scenario, players B and C never lost a fight but is in 2nd and 3rd place even if they attacked X who was #1 when they all started. Apply this during rewards time, a player can end up on #10 after attacking and beating #1 only because 9 other players started their attack first.
Another issue now is since player C is on #1 for a short time while A and B are still attacking, then player D attacks and beats C (who was #1 at the time), after all fights are finished, the order will be A, B, D, C, X
