As the others have said I really, really appreciate the communication on this matter, it really helps us understand that we are being heard.
On the note of no compensation, "Score another one for Gree!".... Lol that's how i feel anymore with any sort or refund/compensation in the game. Sometimes enough people are affected and complain or its deemed fair enough to give out comensation, but most of the time when something happens it's a pray and hope I don't have to bite the bullet on whether or not it will happen.
An off topic example!
After having the game lag and buy x10 gold chest 3 different times over the year I've played the game(once with pb 2 times wth gree). There is no confirmation on this 2.5k diamond purchase. At max level it is very unlikely the items you receive will total up to more than 1k of value, this is a problem of its own because of lack of scaling. This is basically a purchase of over 20 dollars that can happen with two clicks and no confirm prompt. All 3 times this happened I was told I could not be refunded because they could not remove the items from my account. But they would be sure to pass it on to the right people so that the issue wouldn't happen again. (Hopefully getting a confirm prompt put on this ~$20purchase)
Well low and behold what happens again last night to my wife? same exact thing. She clicked one time too many when the game lagged and here for 2.5k diamonds you get: 17 volcanic ore x4, 10 volcanic ore, about 30 various souls tones , 20 blue pots, and x20 orange scraps (x10 each of two different items. Not sure how close that equals out to 2.5k diamonds using trader/pedd/black market prices but I don't think it's very close. She just hit lvl 120 and those chests will barely do anything to help here.
This is clearly an issue of gold chests needing to scale for higher levels and it's own issue.
It still shows just another moment where you have hope and guess you I'll be compensated or that the issue will be fixed so it doesn't happen again .
I know this isn't something your are involved in ssvn and I only posted it as an example, not to ask you to fix (although I do want it fixed lol).
