Have you noticed an increase in apple refunds being reclaimed by high level vip customers as they quit the game after 7 months of watching the game go down the toilet?
Because, allegedly, after receiving screenshots of this forum and customer support ticket replies apple have stated that they will reevaluate whether or not dragonsoul remains in their game centre....
I haven't heard from people who have gone the Google route yet but it seems like high net worth apple customers are leaving this game and are getting the last 3 months of spending refunded - both part and full refunds for this time period are being reported...
Apple accepts that the way GREE is running dragonsoul is unacceptable. We have been saying for 7 months that the way GREE has been and is still running dragonsoul is unacceptable.
Just saying sorry my bad when mistakes cost players or either unfairly advantage or disadvantage the lucky or unlucky few is not acceptable.
Missing in game rewards are not acceptable.
Treating such topics as missing rewards with enough contempt so as to effectively ignore them for 6 months is not acceptable. (type missing rewards into the search bar. Search for the needle in the haystack that is any official response. This accusation is clearly evidenced.)
Telling people after this time that too much time has passed to address an issue that only got that far on because of your own company's failure to address it appropriately sooner is not acceptable.
Failure to compensate people when bugs within the game cost them is unacceptable. (search the forums for anything relating to final contest rank being incorrect. Search the forums for last week's war being completely broken and then try to find an apology let alone any kind of compensation. Search for any thread with a high number of replies since October and you're bound to find another bug which has directly affected people and no apology or recompense has been issued.
And last of all the total and absolute failure to deliver a fully functional product from day 1...That's over 7 months we've all been paying for something that is broken...is completely unacceptable.
We've been telling you this and you've been ignoring it. Now it would appear that one of the major companies who I would think controls a fair proportion of your revenue is apparently agreeing with us.
Treating your customers in the totally disgusting manner as your company has done since day one is unacceptable and it's sad to say you won't even care if it bites you in the ass. I suspect that this sort of consumer backlash has already been factored into profit margins and you guys are still laughing all the way to the bank...what next...abandon the game and move onto the next cash cow true to your company's form with previous titles?
This is a very sad state of affairs. The morale of your player base is at an all time low but don't worry...it'll be worse next week and the week after that etc etc exactly as it's been since we first told you back in October.
