I understand that this is probably not the place to be making reports for lost accounts, but I discovered that 4 of my DragonSoul accounts to be missing after today's update. The first image below is the only account available to me, and the second image below is what I'm prompted after selecting "Lost Account?"
I normally don't have any account recovery issues after updates; much to my dismay and mistake, I've neglected linking these accounts to my Gmail. Moreover, I'm saddened by this loss because I have spent money on my server 4, 6, and 9 accounts. i don't care if I ever see my server 11 account ever again, but I want the others back.
Sorry if this is an inappropriate topic to mention on this board. I just wanted to spread the word to the community in some shape or form (I've already mentioned it on the FB DS Community Group, too). My results from previous support ticket claims, ala main company website, has been underwhelming and not helpful.
